something that i learnt from dota, to share with you all.
[ for those non dota-players, try to understand the pic i drew below(: ]

some illustrations:
the home base is whr God resides.
the routes we take are like the lifes we lead.
enemy base is temptations.. sins.. problems.. blahh.
and so! when we first start out, we will go out of our home base.
and fight the creeps on the route we walk.
and when we are drained, injured.
some of us will have the common sense to go back to homebase to rest/regain hp.
but some of us choose to hide by the trees and call out to friends nearby to save them
but the friends who they called out to, are oftenly "zi shen nan bao".
and it made me think.
don we as christians do so too?
whenever we are hurt or burdened, we don go back to God to rest, for Him to restore us. yet we rely on our human strg, hiding, calling for help from friends .. doing anything but not go back to God. and continue to battle the enemy ourselves.
only for those who are wise, they know how good the base could be, how it could help them. then they will think of the base the first thing whenever they are hurt. only those ppl are able to claim victory in the end.
and so.
the base is always there.
but do u run to it?
(:
